Flexography has many variables.
But some of them are not in the manual.
They don’t appear on technical data sheets.
They aren’t measured in microns.
They aren’t calibrated with tools.
And yet, they make the difference.
The attitude when facing a problem.
The anticipation before the register begins to drift.
The observation when the ink starts behaving differently.
The patience not to adjust too soon.
The humility to accept that there is always something more to learn.
On press, not everything is a mechanical adjustment.
There is a silent part of the process that depends on the person.
Because experience is not just years.
It is judgment.
The machine is adjusted with tools.
The result is adjusted with mindset.
